3 Coaching options to choose from:
Coaching (Free ½ Hour
Follow-up to the Seminar)
Participants in the public ARYLS seminar are entitled to ½
hour of free, individual coaching after the seminar.
Because of the range of the material covered, the speed of coverage,
the size of the group, and the importance of figuring out how
to apply any insight to one’s own situation, it has been
our experience that nearly all participants have some question
about how an insight or concept applies to their real-world situation,
or about what the insight means for their future development.
The ½ hour of free coaching provides a chance to ask that
question in a telephone conversation.
Topics of the half-hour conversation have ranged
across:
- What developmental experience or assignment is best as the
next step in my career?
- How to use my leadership style in announcing/executing a merger?
- Testing out the steps I plan to take in downsizing my division.
- How to manage a conflict between two of my direct reports?
- How to deal with a conflict between my high performance leadership
style and expectations my Board has of me?
- How to deal with a boss who is trying to replace me?
- And many more
